Cancellations, Returns & Refund Guidelines

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Submit requests within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee may be applied.

2. Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused and include all original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Issued for undelivered, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Proof via photos or videos is required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed with customer-paid return shipping.

  • Refunds are completed after inspection of returned products.

4. Exchanges

  • Free replacement for carrier errors.

  • Customer is responsible for replacements due to incorrect address or order errors.

5. Restrictions

  • Delays caused by customer errors are not refundable.

  • Items in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-orders and customized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmation are not reimbursed.

  • Returns affected by customs or force majeure are not eligible.

6. International Advisory

  • International orders may incur duties and taxes.

  • Customers should review shipping details carefully; returns due to customs or taxes are not generally accepted.
